What does a centella serum do?

It is the focused treatment layer of a calm routine: a concentrated dose of Centella and madecassoside in a texture built to absorb fast, helping skin look less flushed and feel more comfortable with daily use.

Is a serum the same thing as an ampoule?

Can I use centella serum with retinol or exfoliating acids?

Yes — Centella has no known conflicts with common actives. Apply your active first per its instructions, let it absorb, then layer this serum as the comfort step. On heavy-active nights, many people use it exactly this way as a buffer.

Fits my rushed mornings

This is one extra step I actually keep doing. A few drops between toner and moisturizer takes hardly any effort, and I like how my skin feels afterward.

A small amount works best

Got enthusiastic with the dropper on day one. You really don't need much! Much happier with a thin layer.

Promising first bottle

Mostly pleased with the feel so far. It spreads easily and sits well under cream. Want to use the rest before I decide whether to reorder.

Enjoying the texture

Chose this partly for the panthenol. The light gel feel is lovely. I'd personally prefer it without the mint and geranium extracts, but overall it's been pleasant to use.

Easy to wear

Nothing heavy or gluey about this one. My skin feels soft once it's settled, and I don't think about it again after moisturizer.

Finally, no sticky face

I can't stand serums that leave my face tacky. This settles into a light finish and my moisturizer goes on nicely afterward. Very pleased.

Light hydration

Nice under my usual moisturizer. On its own it isn't enough for my dry cheeks, but as a serum layer I like it.

Good with the matching cream

Was worried the serum and cream together might feel like too much. They don't. The serum is quite light, and the cream gives me the softer finish I want at night.

Worth giving it a moment

Put cream on immediately the first time, then tried waiting about thirty seconds the next night. I prefer how it feels when I give the serum that little pause.

Three drops is plenty

Spreads further than I expected. I press it in after toner and it feels really comfortable.
