Shipping Policy

Preparation and delivery time

Order preparation takes 1–2 business days before dispatch. Estimated shipping time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Allow approximately 6–10 business days total for preparation and transit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. Parcels ship from Montréal, Quebec, Canada. Customs clearance, local holidays and carrier disruptions can cause delays.

Where we ship

We ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and all 27 European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Currency and free standard shipping

All product prices, shipping charges and checkout payments are in United States dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion charges if your payment account uses another currency.

Canada, United States and European Union: standard shipping is free when your subtotal after discounts is USD $100 or more, before tax. The offer does not apply to express services or United Kingdom delivery.

European Union

Standard shipping to every EU country is USD $20 for orders below USD $100 after discounts, before tax. Standard shipping is free at USD $100 or more. There is no parcel-weight tier for these EU rates.

Canada

Standard, up to 2 kg: USD $14.90.
Standard, 2–30 kg: USD $21.90.
Express, up to 2 kg: USD $21.90.
Eligible orders at USD $100 or more: free standard shipping.

United States

Standard, up to 0.5 kg: USD $7.90.
Standard, 0.5–1.5 kg: USD $19.90.
Standard, 1.5–30 kg: USD $29.90.
Express, up to 1.5 kg: USD $34.90.
Eligible orders at USD $100 or more: free standard shipping.

At a shared weight boundary, more than one configured service may be offered. Checkout displays the available options. Selecting an express service does not change the 1–2 business-day preparation time; any carrier-specific estimate shown at checkout is an estimate.

United Kingdom

Canada Post rates are calculated at checkout using the destination and parcel details. The USD $100 free-shipping offer does not apply to United Kingdom orders.

Tracking and delays

We email shipping confirmation and tracking details when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active. If you have not received your order within 10 business days of dispatch, contact info@veridermis.com with your name and order number.

Taxes and import charges

Taxes and shipping charges collected by our store are shown before payment. International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes or carrier clearance charges payable by the recipient and not included in our product or shipping price.

Delivery issues

If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, check with neighbors or building management and contact us for help.
